Job Title: Senior Quality Officer

As a senior quality officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead investigations into quality deviations and non-conformances.
  • Prepare and revise master quality documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering).
  • Proven experience in a quality role, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
