Your Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including shareholder disputes, contractual conflicts, regulatory investigations, and commercial fraud matters.
  • You will mentor junior solicitors, contribute to litigation strategy, and engage closely with clients from SMEs to large corporates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation (private practice preferred).
  • Strong legal reasoning, advocacy, and drafting skills.
  • Experience across varied disputes, including regulatory and contractual.
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential and mentoring capability.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in developing client relationships.
