We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Concentric Rehab Centre in Aberglasslyn, NSW. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist allied health professionals in the assessment and treatment of patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals, demonstrating a patient-focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
- Assist in conducting therapeutic and rehabilitation activities, promoting patient engagement and participation in their care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
