  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies that drive business outcomes.

  • Recruitment Excellence: Deliver exceptional recruitment experiences for candidates and hiring leaders through innovative sourcing strategies, streamlined selection processes, and data-driven decision making.

  • Culture and Brand Ambassadorship: Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture while promoting our brand as a leader in the industry.

  • Change Navigation and Adaptability: Embrace a continuously evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability towards change as you support and guide the business in building solutions to address talent and market challenges.

  • Analytics and Insights: Harness the power of data to drive informed decisions, uphold hiring compliance, and propel continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment in large corporate environments, ideally supporting health-related portfolios.

  • Education: Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

  • Skillset: Exceptional problem-solving, strong collaboration and negotiation skills, stakeholder influence, and global scope with experience recruiting across the APAC region.
