
Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key clients across ANZ. This strategic role is not just about renewals – it's about expanding relationships, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and delivering long-term partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth and Client Success: Balance the needs of our clients with the requirements for sustainable revenue growth, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Renewal Rates and Upsell/Cross-sell Opportunities: Ensure high renewal rates while identifying opportunities to expand our engagement and offerings to clients, driving incremental revenue growth.
- Cultivating Strategic Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them leverage our insights for business growth, innovation, and market leadership.
- Building Executive-Level Relationships: Develop deep connections with key stakeholders within client organizations, positioning us as an essential partner in their strategic decision-making processes.
Delivering Strategic Value
- Strategic Consulting: Act as a consultant to corporate executives, enabling them to use our insights for business growth, innovation, and market leadership.
- Tailored Research and Consulting Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized research and consulting solutions addressing specific client challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in government sales and account management in ANZ.
- A strategic thinker who understands corporate decision-making and can develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- A revenue-driven professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills, with experience in market intelligence, consulting, or B2B sales.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of experience in government account management, business development, or consultative sales.
- Experience in data-driven roles, with a strong business case mindset and ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
