About the Role:
  • Manage a diverse range of claims arising from Public and Product Liability policies, with a focus on personal injury cases, to achieve optimal results.
  • Make informed policy coverage decisions, assess allegations of negligence, and negotiate quantum within delegated authority, promoting fairness and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of service for internal and external customers by building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on claim developments, trends, and potential large losses through ongoing communication with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant experience in a legal environment are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and resources.
