Spearhead the intersection of product, operations, GTM teams, and customer experience as a Senior Data Scientist.

  • Develop Customer and Commercial Experiences: Translate commercial and customer goals into high-quality features with PMs, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Prototype and Productionise AI-Powered Systems: Enhance buying flows, personalised demos, subscription management tools, and internal sales enablement platforms.
  • Design and Implement Generative AI Solutions: Develop advanced prompt engineering, scalable LLM infrastructure, robust monitoring for reliability, and predictive systems.
  • Lead Data-Driven Experimentation: Own the experimentation process, identifying high-leverage growth opportunities, rigorously testing hypotheses through data-driven methods.
  • Continuously Analyse Key Metrics: Inform decisions, refine experiences, and optimise outcomes for customers and internal teams.
  • Scale Operational Workflows Through Automation: Automate workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations, streamlining processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Build Predictive Systems: Proactively surface renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities, empowering commercial teams with actionable insights.
  • Champion Best Practices in AI and Data Science: Promote and uphold high standards in modeling, experimentation, and AI ethics across the organisation.
  • Foster a Collaborative Culture: Within and beyond the GTM Systems team.

About This Role

  • Responsibilities: Personalised demo flows, AI survey builder, pricing, packaging, deal configuration tools, subscription management and billing systems, CRM and customer data infrastructure, renewal, upsell, and customer health workflows.
  • Requirements: 5+ years in a similar data scientist position, metrics-driven, strong systems thinker, generative AI expertise, and collaborative mindset.
