Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Intelligence Engineer to lead the adoption of data-driven solutions across our manufacturing sites. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformational change and improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

You will be responsible for building standardised frameworks, replicating proven solutions across sites, and establishing interoperability across tools, datasets, and departments.

  • Develop and implement process intelligence roadmaps to ensure solutions are replicated quickly and effectively across sites.
  • Partner closely with operations and functional teams to set the strategic direction for data governance and data definitions.
  • Mentor analysts, champions, and leaders to build local ownership of tools and insights, growing long-term capability and resilience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, information technology or a related field.
  • Deep technical and analytical skills, ideally within manufacturing, process engineering, or data analytics.
  • A restorative mindset - you see opportunities to improve and strengthen processes, not just fix them.
  • The ability to translate strategy into practical solutions that teams adopt with confidence.
