About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations professionals to drive membership growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales budgets and analyze data to inform proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet individual sales targets to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff members to ensure a high-performing team
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff
  • Attend weekly meetings with department leaders to discuss sales and operations strategies
Requirements
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, preferably within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L
  • A passion for fitness and sales
