About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations professionals to drive membership growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales budgets and analyze data to inform proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet sales targets to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns
  • Recruit, train, and retain staff members
  • Conduct performance appraisals and lead weekly meetings with department leaders
Requirements
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L
  • Passion for fitness and sales
