We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our Hornsby club to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Manage budgets and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences
- Recruit, train, and retain staff members to ensure a high-performing team
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to team members
- Attend weekly meetings with department leaders to discuss business performance and strategy
- Proven leadership experience in a sales or operations role, with a minimum of 5 direct/indirect reports
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in managing budgets and analyzing sales data
- Passion for fitness and sales
