The Opportunity:

As a Club Manager at Fitness First, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive sales growth and operational excellence. This role requires a motivating and inspiring leader who can foster a positive club culture and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals
  • Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, monitoring & reporting on P&L
  • A passion for fitness and sales
