Club Manager Opportunity

As a Club Manager at Fitness First, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team where no two days are the same. You will be a motivating and inspiring leader who drives your club to succeed, fostering a nurturing environment that encourages team development and growth while managing the overall financial and operational aspects of your club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Meet your own sales target to contribute to the club's overall monthly and annual targets
  • Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members
  • Performance appraisals
  • Weekly meetings engaging with department leaders
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, ideally within the fitness industry
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L
  • A passion for fitness and sales
