About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Account Services team at MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our key accounts through strategic partnerships, underpinned by successful campaigns and best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop client-specific strategies alongside stakeholders from Sales, Solutions, Trading, and Marketing teams.
  • Execute strategies either independently or collaboratively, with support from the AM Lead.
  • Confidently pivot focus and priorities based on new information while steering towards the end goal.
  • Protect and grow MiQ's key accounts through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with all key accounts, including scheduling, hosting, and supporting face-to-face meetings, entertainment, and business reviews.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and their impact on MiQ and our clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an advertising/media agency or similar.
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/Sales Support/Ad-Ops background).
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values and culture.
