The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Media Specialist to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our digital media team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients with their digital media endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage campaigns within advanced programmatic advertising platforms for display, mobile, social, video, analytics, ad serving, and creative design.
  • Analyze data to report and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Provide analysis, insight, and expertise to clients on our products and offerings.
  • Develop campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Support the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage strategic initiatives to improve business processes and operations as we continue to grow at a rapid pace.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience executing programmatic or social campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser.
  • Knowledge of GMP, specifically CM360 and DV360, is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis abilities.
  • Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and discover and test new ideas.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
  • Desire to build a company up from an early stage.
