The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Chef De Partie. In this role, you will assist the Chef De Cuisine with daily operations, lead and coach team members, and ensure product consistency in regards to appearance and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Chef De Cuisine in leading and managing the kitchen team
  2. Support the development and implementation of new menu ideas and recipes
  3. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  4. Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
  5. Maintain open communication with the team and management

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Prior Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
