Junior Sous Chef Position

We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or a willingness to train and develop your skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be highly desirable.
