Cleveland Estate is a gem of the Macedon Ranges, situated in the historic country township of Lancefield. The venue offers 50 beautifully appointed suites and an original country Homestead built in 1887.
As a Conference Coordinator, you will work with various clients, from corporates to small businesses and private groups. You will plan and execute events to deliver exceeding expectations.
Our corporate events are predominantly Monday to Friday day events, with occasional weekends, offering a good work-life balance.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. A warm, personable yet professional disposition is essential to build and maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, conducting on-site tours, completing sale details, planning and hosting corporate events. You will also respond to enquiries, provide timely and professional quotations, and liaise with other departments.
