Facilities Operations Centre

This role requires a strong leader to manage the data centre's physical infrastructure, ensuring optimal customer experience through proactive issue detection and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor data centre facilities infrastructure platform.
  • Serve as a Point of Contact for internal and external teams, coordinating communication protocols to enhance team performance.
  • Contribute to outage post mortem analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure accurate records are updated in a timely manner, facilitating efficient decision-making.
  • Develop tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
