We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director with an ECT qualification and at least 2 years of leadership experience to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional education and care to young children, fostering a safe, nurturing environment where learning, growth, and development flourish.

The Role

As the Centre Director, you will be the driving force behind our service—leading daily operations, guiding a team of educators, and ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role is about more than management—it's about inspiring excellence, building strong relationships with families, and creating a centre where both children and educators thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including budgets, staffing, and resources.
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Oversee individualised learning and development plans for children.
  • Build strong connections with families, staff, and the wider community.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in education and care.
  • Ensure compliance with all child protection, health, safety, and regulatory standards.

About You:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment for children and staff.
  • Financial and organisational acumen.
  • Experience managing a large long day care centre (100+ places).
  • Additional qualifications in leadership or management.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Police Check.
