Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer and growth performance through opportunities beyond traditional settings.
  • Engage in mobile outreach, community events, and corporate activities.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients, maximizing growth through informative presentations and direct client interactions.
  • Conduct home visits and proactive networking to expand outreach.
  • Represent Dental Corporation at corporate events, local business seminars, and community initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate account managers and partners, to understand their business strategies.
  • Connect with local business communities by identifying and implementing area-specific opportunities.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding customer experience enhancements.
  • Oversee all administrative and reporting tasks related to new accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time permanent position requiring 38 hours per week, with some weekend work necessary. The role will primarily be remote.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and design value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative customer experience and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of local corporate and community markets.
  • Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
