Job Title: Community Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals in need. We are seeking a passionate and caring professional to join our team as a Community Support Specialist.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing general support services to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, transport to appointments, shopping, meal preparation, social support, and personal care.

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality support to vulnerable individuals
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential)
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check
