Job Title: Transformation Training Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Transformation Training Specialist, supporting clients in adopting change in high-impact environments.

  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs that enable teams to successfully adapt to change.
  • Your role will involve equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to embrace new ways of working.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure training is targeted, effective, and aligned to project goals is also a key aspect of this position.
  • Metric-driven approach to evaluate training outcomes and support continuous improvement is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must be an Australian citizen with NV2 Clearance. We are looking for someone with experience in training coordination or learning & development within change projects, strong communication and facilitation skills, and a background in defence, intelligence, or government environments.
