Job Summary

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead our team in supporting Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About the Role
  • Innovate and execute training strategies to support digital transformation, ensuring readiness for new systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change and training activities according to the Program schedule and approach.
  • Evaluate and analyze current state and future state training to support transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.
  • Craft engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials that foster strong relationships across the Program.
  • Coordinate the training schedule to support change adoption activities, delivering sessions virtually and in-person as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Strong ability to innovate and execute complex projects; excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills; experience with training analysis and development; effective communication and coordination skills.
