Digital Transformation Training Specialist

The Training and Development Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading innovative training strategies to drive digital transformation in complex program environments.
Main responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing comprehensive training plans, collaborating with the Change Team to achieve strategic objectives, evaluating and analyzing training effectiveness, crafting engaging learning materials, fostering relationships across departments, coordinating training schedules, supporting delivery of training sessions, and providing regular reports on training outcomes and successes.
Mandatory Requirements- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the full training cycle, including needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Proven knowledge of understanding and meeting learner needs to deliver high-quality training and documentation.
- Experience in developing tailored training materials, such as guides, videos, and modules, for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in designing, delivering, and assessing learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in driving training outcomes for large-scale projects.
