Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Core Talent Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for our client, a leading company in the infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain effective accounts receivable processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on accounts receivable performance and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
