Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling invoices, and communicating with customers to ensure prompt payment of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and manage incoming payments with outstanding invoices
  • Manage customer communications regarding their accounts
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure prompt payment of overdue amounts
  • Assess new customers' creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits
  • Assist with components of month-end reporting
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies
  • Undertake ad-hoc finance duties as required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3-4 years' experience in accounts receivable from a fast-paced, high-demand organization. You will also have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a driven team.
