**Job Title:** Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage site teams in delivering residential and rural subdivision projects. The successful candidate will have experience in civil works and bulk earthworks, particularly subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Site Teams: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Critical Resource Coordination: Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Project Delivery: Manage overall project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and client reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and support a positive team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in civil works and bulk earthworks, particularly subdivisions.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to manage full project lifecycle from planning to completion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification: Current driver's licence (essential); civil tickets highly regarded.
