Trauma/Critical Incidents Role

The Trauma Management Specialist - Crisis Response provides Rapid Response Services including critical incidents, planned support services, rapid connect, disaster response and incident support forums to customers during an incident or organisational change.

This role involves providing Psychological First Aid stepped care and referral pathways to inform organisations of themes recommendations or any internal customer process improvements.

Key responsibilities include delivering EAP and Training and Consulting Services, psychosocial interventions support and counselling, assessing workplace issues and identifying suitable intervention programs.

A strong background in trauma management and consultancy services is required, along with experience in providing psychosocial interventions support and counselling.

  • Experience in providing psychosocial interventions support and counselling.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Possess a passion to help people and enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
