Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Current prescriber number and eligibility for a provider number.
  • Demonstrated experience as an endorsed Nurse Practitioner in a relevant field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge in heart failure management, with expertise in medication therapy, diagnostic procedures, and disease management.
