Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking AHPRA registered Nurses to provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans
- Order pathology and radiological tests as necessary to support patient care
- Provide telehealth consults to patients who require remote medical attention
- Refer patients to appropriate health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage patient care upon referral to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Prescribe and administer medications according to established protocols and guidelines
- Participate in peer review procedures to maintain high standards of practice
- Contribute to clinic workforce development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Follow clinic procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality care
- Complete accurate documentation to support patient records and billing
- Compliance with relevant legislation and policies governing healthcare practices
- Current AHPRA registration and Registered Nurse endorsement to practice in Australia
- Maintenance of eligibility to participate under Medicare to ensure access to essential services
- Completion of CPR and Anaphylaxis training annually to stay up-to-date with industry standards
