Key Responsibilities:- Master's degree in Nursing or related field, enabling registration as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse and endorsement as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Australia.
- Prescriber number and eligibility for a provider number.
- Demonstrated experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of heart failure management principles and practices.
- Leadership, mentoring, and educational skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
