About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients under Aged Care Funding.

This key role promotes independence and restores functional independence, enabling clients to remain living at home.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and interventions for clients under Aged Care Funding.
  • Develop tailored programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Evaluate physiotherapy needs and create programs that promote independence and restore functional independence.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy with current registration.
  • Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
