As a rehabilitation professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recovery of Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. This unique opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who serve our country.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team to support the rehabilitation journey of ADF personnel. You will conduct various assessments, develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Taking a holistic approach, work with clients to identify goals and develop strategies for achieving them
  • Perform functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, and other evaluations as needed
  • Collaborate with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs
