We are seeking a highly skilled rehabilitation expert to fill this challenging role.
About the Role
- Our ideal candidate will provide holistic support to help restore individuals' highest level of functional performance through comprehensive assessments and interventions.
- They will deliver vocational counselling, facilitate wellbeing programs, training, and upskilling initiatives, and collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and other allied health experts.
Key Responsibilities
- The selected individual will complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme, providing effective solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- They will provide rehabilitation services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, focusing on goal achievement and overall wellbeing.
- By developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, our expert will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and create personalized strategies for improvement.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist (4+2 and 5+1 pathways welcome) or ASORC registration as a Rehabilitation Counsellor is essential, supported by relevant qualifications.
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport are also required.
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check is mandatory.
- Full Australian Working Rights are necessary for this position.
