Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Operations Leader to oversee human resources operations and manage a small team.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving HR data and reporting, HR administration operation, and HRIS system administration forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Extensive experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration, and team management is essential.
  • High-level communication skills including influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements, with demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Coaching and advising on human resources matters.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Task prioritization, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data analysis and producing HR metric reports.
  • A current NT Drivers License, or the ability to obtain.
