About The Role

This strategic position will collaborate with executive management to oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and quality control. As the primary liaison with funding bodies, the role requires accurate analysis and submission of performance reports that align with regulatory frameworks. The incumbent will support the development of departmental strategic initiatives, driving growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies in collaboration with executive management, ensuring effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee quality control measures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Manage performance reporting, analysis, and submission, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in relevant field or working towards such qualifications, coupled with senior-level experience in a similar capacity.
  • Senior experience in Aged-Care industry, familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Current NT Driver's License.
  • Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong desire to make a positive impact in the community.
