Senior Prevention Manager

As a Senior Prevention Manager, you will play a critical role in the management of our water and wastewater networks.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a large team of engineers and technical officers to ensure prevention of service risk and performance loss.
  • Developing and implementing effective prevention strategies to prevent service disruptions.
  • Nurturing a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational performance.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Relevant degree qualification (engineering, computer science, business, finance).
  • Experience or qualifications in data science, Lean, six sigma, TQM or production management.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex team/functional transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the technical dimensions of operating a water utility and associated regulatory obligations.
