Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of great customer experiences by receiving, unpacking, processing, organising, labelling, and storing merchandise back of house.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Back of House area is maintained in line with company standards, assisting the sales team with product queries and customer requests, and maintaining accurate records.

This role would be ideal for someone who has experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and is looking for a new challenge.

About The Role

As a Back of House Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, unpacking, processing, organising, labelling, and storing merchandise back of house.
  • Assisting the sales team with product queries and customer requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the Back of House area is maintained in line with company standards.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve targets and KPIs.

Requirements
