**Job Title:** Retail Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our store's back of house operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory control and accuracy of products received.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Receiving and Handling Stock Orders: The successful candidate will receive and handle stock orders from the hub or warehouse in a timely manner.
  2. Sales Support: Supporting the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner is essential to delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Maintaining a Tidy Back of House Area: Maintaining a tidy back of house area compliant with retail operations and standards is crucial to maintaining efficiency and productivity.
  4. Quality Control: The candidate will quality control all products at all times and report any issues to the store lead.
  5. Aftersales Process: Supporting aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate client experience is a key responsibility.
  6. Maintenance of Stockroom Equipment: Maintaining all stockroom equipment in working order is vital to the smooth operation of the store.
  7. Adhoc Administration Tasks: Performing adhoc administration tasks as required by store management is an essential part of this role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software. Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
