Job Summary

This is a pivotal position within the HR function, providing crucial support during an essential leave period. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to leaders and employees.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS systems, ticketing software, and quality control processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Preparation
    • Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts and letters of offer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant clauses and delegations.
  • Ticket Management
    • Triage and monitor HR tickets, routing them to the correct owners while maintaining strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Quality Assurance
    • Peer-review team outputs, questioning incomplete or inconsistent information and promoting quality-first practices.
  • Employee Support
    • Support employee milestones and recognition initiatives, such as service awards and certificates, by coordinating with line leaders.
  • Process Improvement
    • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing development of processes and templates.
