Job Role Overview

The role of HR Services Officer supports the delivery of exceptional employee experience by assisting with first-level support across all people matters, managing internal HR systems, and driving process improvement.

  • Respond to HR enquiries and oversee email communications.
  • Ensure data accuracy in internal HR systems through PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors for reporting and employment documentation records.
  • Coordinate work injury claims and other workplace health and safety specific matters.
  • Provide payroll processing support, generating and reviewing information in line with company policies and processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, offering a positive experience for new team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, is also required.

Responsibilities

- Assist with HR inquiries.

- Manage HR system data for accurate reporting.

- Coordinate workplace injury claims.
