Job Overview
\The ideal candidate will serve as a key contact point for HR enquiries and provide expert advice to employees.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily record-keeping duties, including new hires, departures, and updates to HRIS and payroll systems;\
- Ensure seamless communication among employees, management, and stakeholders;\
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex HR issues;\
- Develop and maintain accurate records of employee information;\
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends;\
- Monitor and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity;\
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives;\
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a positive work environment;\
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals;\

Requirements:
\Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Proven track record of delivering excellent HR services in a similar role;\

- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms;\
- Capacity to develop and implement effective HR strategies;\
