The ideal candidate will serve as a key contact point for HR enquiries and provide expert advice to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily record-keeping duties, including new hires, departures, and updates to HRIS and payroll systems;\
  • Ensure seamless communication among employees, management, and stakeholders;\
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex HR issues;\
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of employee information;\
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends;\
  • Monitor and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and productivity;\
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives;\
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a positive work environment;\
