Job Title: Commercial Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying insurable risks, designing and negotiating insurance solutions, and providing end-to-end broking services for commercial insurance quotes, renewals, invoicing, and document/task management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working on Commercial Lines as a Broker or Account Executive
  • Tier 1 accreditation is essential
  • Demonstrated ability managing your own portfolio
  • Strong time management skills to handle a high-volume portfolio
  • Able to work autonomously but also appreciate working in a collaborative team
