Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our client in the FMCG industry. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality assurance officers, including a supervisor and team leader, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain quality systems and processes to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and investigations to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance matters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve overall quality performance.

Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive salary position, offering a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on individual and company performance.
