About Evolve Scientific: As a leading global company in the haircare, personal care, and skincare industry, we offer a unique opportunity for a Senior Sales and Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio within the skincare, personal care, and haircare sectors. This role is centered on sales and new business with a primary focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets/KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and new innovations.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the Executive Team.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or related.
- Relevant BD/sales management experience in FMCG, haircare, cosmetic, skincare, or related.
- Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing process and personal care product knowledge.
- Demonstrated ambition to cultivate and enhance client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Ability to travel domestically and some overseas travel, as required.
- Excellent communicator, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task essential.
