Job Summary:

Conexson is seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in the Gold Coast and Tweed areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
  • Implement care plans in accordance with individualized needs and preferences.
  • Support clients in community-based recreational and social activities, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
  • Assist with transportation and accompany clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Right to work in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
