Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Conexson. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
- Blue Card
- Certificate III or Paid Experience
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver's license and reliable transport preferred
- Fully COVID vaccinated as per QLD Health Regulations
- Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert., etc.)
- Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience would be desirable
