About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Endeavour Foundation. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes and in the community, promoting independence and empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and light cleaning, to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.
  • Facilitate community connections and social activities, promoting social inclusion and a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless support and care for our clients.
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to empowering them to live their best lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks.
  • Good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification is highly regarded.
