Catholic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to the elderly.

This role involves providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. You will also support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit, working safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents by following all policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration after completing a Diploma of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Effective coaching/training skills.
  • Good conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • A customer-centric approach to business.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
